What we do
Keep Well Collaborative help build collaborative relationships between housing, health, social care, statutory and voluntary agencies breaking silos, building trust and inspiring a relentless focus on championing change, despite the obstacles.
We work to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our shared communities through a focus on the home by:
Building greater community resilience
Making better use of collective workforces
Making better use of collective buildings, land and property
Why we do it
A home is so much more than a roof and a bed, it’s the very cornerstone of our lives – a place where we can be safe, secure and connect with family, friends and loved ones. A home is everything… if you haven’t got a safe and stable home, nothing else can fall into place.
“With reduced funding and increased need to support vulnerable residents it is vital that we all start talking and working together, sharing resources to meet the needs of residents, services, commissioners and funders.”
Director, Catalyst Housing
Who we're working with
Commissioned by the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sustainability and Transformation Partnership we provide thought leadership and facilitate a collaborative network to unlock capacity and resources beyond individual organisation boundaries.
Our objectives are to:
- Maximise the impact of our collective investment in the region, unlocking ‘entire system’ population health capacity, by making better use of existing resources
- Strengthen common aims and strategic cross sector strategic thinking and therefore our collective response across the entire system
- Enable smarter/shared cross-sector risk mitigation
- Inspire a relentless focus which supports residents through a strengths-based approach to improve self-care and better manage their own health and wellbeing
- Sustain vulnerable tenancies
We also work with:
Creating social change
We create different conversations which moves people away from the ‘same thinking = same solutions’ conundrum. By maximising the impact of small interventions in the way we work differently together, we inspire and encourage people to make further collaborative decisions to achieve greater good.
